Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
Date Changes:
Date changes are subject to availability.
A request for a date change must be made in writing and confirmed by Nostalgic Memoirs.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Equipment and Setup:
Nostalgic Memoirs will coordinate with the venue to ensure proper setup of the audio guest book equipment.
Clients are responsible for providing access to power outlets and a suitable location for the setup.
Damages and Loss:
Clients are responsible for any damages or loss of equipment during the event.
Nostalgic Memoirs reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of damaged or lost equipment.
Liability:
Nostalgic Memoirs is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of our equipment during the event.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the equipment and their guests.
Additional Services:
Any additional services requested after the initial booking may incur additional charges.
Additional services must be agreed upon in writing and confirmed by Nostalgic Memoirs.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, and venue information.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for the event.
Communication:
Effective communication is essential for a successful event. Clients are encouraged to reach out with any questions, concerns, or special requests leading up to the event date.
